Barry M. Zekelman is Executive Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of JMC Steel Group. Mr. Zekelman returned to the role of Chief Executive Officer in February of 2013. Prior to that, Mr. Zekelman was appointed to the position of Executive Chairman in March 2010.
David W Seeger is President of JMC Steel Group where he provides invaluable commercial functional support to each of JMC's business units.
Michael McNamara currently serves as General Counsel and Executive Vice President, HR and Corporate Development for JMC Steel Group.
Michael E. Mechley joined JMC Steel Group in 2006 and serves as Corporate, Vice President Procurement. He oversees the steel, freight and MRO and is responsible for reducing lead times, and standardizing and lowering costs.
Richard Proszowski is Senior Vice President of Information Technology Services and Chief Information Officer for JMC Steel Group. Joining JMC Steel Group in 2012, Mr. Proszowski is responsible for all aspects of the Company's information technology function, including defining, directing and implementing the company's strategic use of information technology in addition to optimizing underlying business processes.
James W. Hays is President of JMC Steel Group's Electrical, Fence, and Mechanical product divisions where he has complete profit and loss and management responsibility for Wheatland Tube's and Picoma's electrical business – including fittings – and Wheatland Tube's fence and mechanical tube business.
Tom Muth is President of JMC Steel Group’s HSS and Piling product divisions where he has complete profit and loss and management responsibility for Atlas Tube – JMC’s HSS and piling business.
Randy Boswell currently serves as President for Energex Tube. Mr. Boswell is responsible for sales, marketing, and operations relating to energy products (OCTG & Line Pipe). He is also responsible for sales forecasting and plan development.
Michael J. Graham is Chief Financial Officer of JMC Steel Group, appointed to this position in September of 2012.
Bill Perrine is President of JMC Steel Group’s DOM division where he has complete profit and loss management responsibility for JMC’s DOM business.
Mark Magno is President of JMC Steel Group’s pipe division where he has complete profit and loss and management responsibility for Wheatland Tube’s standard pipe business, including sprinkler pipe.
